A circuit training workout includes a variety of weight resistance machines, free weights such as dumbbells or barbells and/or cables or pulleys, stability ball, and bosu. The more variety we use, the bigger the challenge. This allows for alternating various muscle groups between cardio and strength training. A minute is spent performing reps with 15 seconds allowed for moving to the next exercise, or station.
